Hi folks, The Alpine documentation mentions doing customization by using writable storage, as distinct from the loopback device. I confess it has been a long time since I used Devil, although I will be installing it up again tonight. I do remember Devil was specifically designed to allow you to customize the CD, so you don't need any separate media. To me this is far more elegant. How much effort is required to maintain DL? I certainly am not asking to step in now, but I will with it and may later post updates. I absolutely love the elegance. I'm now again highly interested in security. Many years ago, I enhanced a firewall program, and put it on my DL cd. Yes, Again, Thanks to everyone and Heiko especially!
