Hello Heiko, Sorry for the late answer. You were right, drivers e1000, e1000e and igb comes with the kernel. In fact the link issue was due to some problem concerning auto configuration of Ethernet link. Configuring each extremity in manual have successfully solved the problem. Anyway, a note to update the drivers is welcome. Many thanks for everything.
