A new build with the latest 3.2 kernel and latest e2fsprogs is now available.
You can download it from here: ftp://ftp.devil-linux.org/pub/devel/testing
(The upload will be finished about an hour from the time I sent this email)

Hopefully this will resolve your issue with the large file system.
