GladkovAlexey just announced version 1.15.3 of kbd on freshmeat.net.

The changes are as follows:

The new utilities kbdinfo and setvtrgb were added. loadkeys was redesigned. The
dvorak-ru keymap was added. LatGrkCyr fonts were added.

Project description:

The kbd package contains keytable files and keyboard utilities compatible with
kernel version 1.1.54 and later. Setfont requires 1.1.92 or later.
