Hi all,
 
I am baffled by this:

I have several firewalls that offer VPN with pptp and the winbind plugin
to authenticate against AD. For several days now I keep getting reports
that clients don't connect anymore and come up with the
"Error 778: It was not possible to verify the identity of the server" 
message.

Debug messages from pptp tell me that the Authentication against AD
works but that the client disconnects after that:
