ph10 just announced version 8.11 of PCRE on freshmeat.net.

The changes are as follows:

Mostly bugfixes. Two new features have been added to pcregrep, and some changes
made to the way partial matching works.

Project description:

The PCRE library is a set of functions that implement regular expression pattern
matching using the same syntax and semantics as Perl 5, with just a few
differences. PCRE is used by many programs, including Exim, Postfix, and PHP.
