Hi Scott, I have working ipsec on DL version which is very close to 1.4 RC3. I use it as a Road-warrior concentrator, where clients are Cisco VPN Client. It works. May I ask you to show me your config? PS. I'm sorry in advance - it's really tough time for me so I'll respond with delay.
