GladkovAlexey just announced version 1.15.2 of kbd on freshmeat.net.

The changes are as follows:

The build system now uses automake to build translations. Installation of
colemak was fixed. The programs can switch to Unicode mode, if necessary, by
using either /dev/vcs[a] or /dev/vcs[a]0. The "mobii" specific keymap was added.
The georgian font was added.

Project description:

The kbd package contains keytable files and keyboard utilities compatible with
kernel version 1.1.54 and later. Setfont requires 1.1.92 or later.
