barsnick just announced version 2.23.6 of GLib on freshmeat.net.

The changes are as follows:

The GVariant merge is now complete. Support for private data associated with a
GTypeClass was added. Several minor bugs were fixed. Translations were updated.

Project description:

GLib is a library containing many useful C routines for things such as trees,
hashes, and lists. GLib was previously distributed with the GTK toolkit, but has
been split off as of the developers' version 1.1.0.
