infrastation just announced version 0.99.16 of quagga on freshmeat.net.

The changes are as follows:

This release mostly features bugfixes and cleanup work. Around 30 patches have
been merged since the last release. This version is recommended for all users of
the 0.99 branch.

Project description:

Quagga is a routing software suite, providing 
implementations of OSPF 2, OSPF 3, RIP 1 and 2, RIP 3 
and BGP 4 for Unix platforms, particularly FreeBSD, 
Linux, and NetBSD.
