which errors exactly? Do you have an example from the logfile?

And: from where do you want to send? From the Postfix server itself
and/or from other clients in your network which want to use the
Postfix server as an outgoing relay? Are they allowed to send
(mynetworks)? Maybe you also could provide the output of postconf -n?
