Dear freshmeat.net subscriber,

iida just announced version 2.65 of Autoconf on freshmeat.net.

The changes are as follows:

The package is now licensed under the GPLv3+. New macros were added:
AC_PROG_OBJCXX, AC_PROG_OBJCXXCPP, AT_CHECK_EUNIT, and m4_escape.
AH_CHECK_HEADERS was reinstated. Bbugs in AC_LANG_COMPILER, AC_FC_FREEFORM,
AC_TYPE_UINT64_T, AC_TYPE_INT64_T, and AC_FUNC_MMAP were fixed. `$tmp' in
config.status is now documented. The config.status now provides a --config
option.

Autoconf is an extensible package of m4 macros  that produce shell scripts to
automatically configure  software source code packages. These scripts can  adapt
the package to many kinds of UNIX-like  systems without manual user
intervention.
