drumhacker72 just announced version 2.4.1 of bison on freshmeat.net.

The changes are as follows:

Many major changes were made since 2.1, which was released 4 years ago.

Project description:

Bison is a parser generator in the style of yacc(1). It should be upwardly
compatible with input files designed for yacc.
