infrastation just announced version 0.99.15 of quagga on freshmeat.net.

The changes are as follows:

This release fixes several bugs in the BGP and OSPF code. In particular, some
notable regressions in ospfd and ospf6d were addressed. This release should be
considered a 1.0.0 release candidate.

Project description:

Quagga is a routing software suite, providing 
implementations of OSPF 2, OSPF 3, RIP 1 and 2, RIP 3 
and BGP 4 for Unix platforms, particularly FreeBSD, 
Linux, and NetBSD.
