infrastation just announced version 0.99.14 of quagga on freshmeat.net.

The changes are as follows:

This release contains a regression fix for ospf6d, various small fixes, and some
hopefully very significant bgpd stability fixes. This release should be
considered a 1.0.0 release candidate. Please test it as widely as possible.

Project description:

Quagga is a routing software suite, providing 
implementations of OSPF 2, OSPF 3, RIP 1 and 2, RIP 3 
and BGP 4 for Unix platforms, particularly FreeBSD, 
Linux, and NetBSD.
