Dear freshmeat.net subscriber, imipak just announced version 1.3 of radvd on freshmeat.net. The changes are as follows: This release adds a "clients" directive that can be used to specify the clients to which radvd will unicast RAs and ignore RSs from every other client. It adds a workaround for Linux IPV6_RECVPKTINFO|IPV6_RECVHOPLIMIT renumbering issues with some combinations of glibc and kernel. It uses getifaddrs() on BSD instead of ioctl. A workaround was added for unaligned traps on Alpha. NetBSD 5 compile issues have been fixed. Project description: radvd implements IPv6 router advertisements for Linux, as specified in RFC 2461. Support for Mobile IPv6 as well as 6to4 is included.
