olivier just announced version 2.7 of Jailkit on freshmeat.net.

The changes are as follows:

This release fixes a regression in Jailkit 2.6 that may hang jk_chrootsh and
jk_uchroot in a certain situation with chroot'ed interactive shells.

Project description:

Jailkit is a set of utilities to allow quick creation of 
limited user accounts in a chroot jail. It contains a safe logging daemon,
shells that can restrict users, utilities to start daemons in a chroot jail, and
utilities for easy setup of chroot jails.
