Hm.... I'll doublecheck if the script copies all necessary files.... Hopefully
/etc is rewritable zone and you can easily create /etc/conntrackd/ folder and
put an example file from conntract-tools package.

Sorry for inconvenience, I'll try to fix it by the next release.
