[Devil-Linux-discuss] Samba upgrade to 3.3.0

Hi everyone!

I would be grateful if one of the kindly maintainers could update Samba 
in Devil-Linux 1.3 (i686-SMP-server) to the current stable release 
3.3.0. I am presently using 1.3.6-2008-10-28-i686 and this has Samba 
3.0.32. There have been a swathe of subsequent package updates (I see 
from the 1.3.7 changes file) but samba has only been taken up to 3.2.7, 
and DL 1.3.7 has only been compiled for i586, not i686-SMP-server.

The reason for the request is that we are having some problems with file 
locks under samba, and it is possible that these will be fixed in 3.3.0, 
the release notes for which list some oplocks bugfixes.
