Hello, you could try TorrentFlux as a bittorrent client. It is web client and it requires apache with php, mysql server and python. You will need some attached storage for torrents and this storage you could use for instalation of TorrentFlux too. ps.: I haven't verified this client on DL, but it works fine on Fedora for me. For the first sight I think that requirements of this client could be met on DL.
