The changes in this release are as follows:
This release avoids a potential double-free situation in
png_check_keyword() and remedies a shortcoming in png_write_png() by
adding separate PNG_TRANSFORM_FILLER_BEFORE and
PNG_TRANSFORM_FILLER_AFTER transforms.

libpng (PNG library) is a collection of routines used  to create and
manipulate PNG format graphics files.  The PNG format was designed as
a replacement for  GIF and, to a lesser extent, TIFF, with many 
improvements and extensions.
