The link you send looks like a hardware device (hard to copy). It sounds similar to RSA devices I've seen and understand. Those make password sharing difficult (my requirement). There was some other talk about USB sticks. Since they are easy to copy, I don't think those will prevent password sharing, and don't fulfill my requirement.
