I tried several of the FTP servers and many of them aren't working:
* "Semmelweis Univ Med School",
ftp://xenia.sote.hu/pub/mirrors/devil-linux/ (550)
* "Centre de Technologie de l'Education" is just a link to
ftp://ftp.devil-linux.org/ (on purpose?)
* "TU Graz", ftp://ftp.tugraz.at/mirror/devil-linux/ (500)

I tried TU Wein and that worked.
