Absolutely!  And  I agree that if we add webmin, or some other config
GUI, it will be completely optional, just like the 'setup' command is
optional.

Right now there are packages in DL that I don't use, as I'm sure is
true for everyone else.  One more package like webmin won't hurt
anything, as long as it's NOT manditory.
