Yes, it's a real release.   It's just very new.

Heiko has been waiting for the download servers to all propagate with
the download before he officially announces it.

It should be propagated by now, so expect to see the web site changed
and official announcement soon.  :-)

BTW, it also fixed the DNS server security problem that has been
getting so much press lately.
