Thanks for your time. I'm pretty new to all this. Would it be possible to get something broken down by steps?

Configure eth1 [Scanned]
Hey,
Quoting
Alex Samalot <su...@ho...>:
I am trying to run Devil Linux on a Dell Dimension 3000. It has a
built in network controller which is recognized by DL as PCI device 8086:1050
(Intel Corp.) (rev. 2). I have no idea which moduel to choose in order to
make it work. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
you best place is to do some research via google, I'm pretty sure
you're not the first one to come across this problem.
Since it's a Intel card, I would guess the e100 modules for 100 MBit and the
e1000 for 1 GBit Intel cards.
