The changes in this release are as follows:
This release closes bat console windows first to eliminate error
messages, removes useless code in the Scheduler that caused a
segmentation fault on termination, corrects some Storage Daemon
catalog request error messages, prevents pruning of any running job,
no longer marks volume unused when recycling, and fixes a segfault in
the Storage Daemon.
