As far as I'm concerned, it's stable now.

I'm upgrading all of my 1.2 boxes to 1.3, and haven't had any problems
yet <knock wood>.  But I'm not using all the software either ...

I just compiled a 1.3 'server' version last night with all the latest
updates.  Would anyone like me to upload it to the ftp testing area?
