Have you tried passing ACPI=3Doff to the kernel? Just disabling it in = the BIOS is sometimes not enough due to buggy bioses.=20 Fred Frigerio Locust USA =20 This electronic message transmission contains information from Locust USA which may be confidential or privileged. Subject: Re: [Devil-Linux-discuss] new testing releases uploaded Hey, so we confirmed it's not grsecurity and not DL, that's good. Maybe you're one of the victims of a kernel bug which just recently got introduced. Kernel 2.6.23.12 reverts this change (http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/ChangeLog-2.6.23.12). I started a new compile with this Kernel. If it compiles through, I'll upload it tomorrow (time depends on my hangover). --=20 Regards Heiko Zuerker http://www.devil-linux.org ------------------------------------------------------------------------ - This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
