Hm... It seems that the root source of the problem even not loader (syslinux)
but the linux kernel. So, if the ISO image isn't corrupted and checksums are
correct, I'd like to suggest to change the loader to grub and try to load system
 from USB drive. If the problem disappear it's the loader problem, if not -
linux kernel/hardware.
