I checked the ISO file and the kernel modules are there.

It seems that the netfilter team has removed the connlimit target for
iptables in iptables 1.3.8. The next release of iptables has support for
that again, but for xtables, which is not part of kernel 2.4.

I guess we'll have to downgrade iptables back to v1.3.7 and stay at that
version. :-(
