Here is an update for an old issue.

I finally solved the same issue on another box running Devil 1.2.12 by
disabling chroot jails (JAIL_ENABLE=no in /etc/sysconfig/config). Not
really an issue as the box does nothing except DNS (and NTP client and
SSH, only allowed from a few trusted hosts), but I don't really
understand how IPv6 and chroot are related.
