Did you check out the doc on the website?
http://www.devil-linux.org/documentation/1.2.x/

The firewall is configured in the script /etc/init.d/firewall.rules . You
can add your stuff there.

There's not too much about ADSL, but there should be plenty of how-to's
available. Just ask google.
