Hi,

I had an Email exchange with Daniel Barron. He is the
developer/maintainer of Dansguardian.

I forward the exchange below. As you can see we now have the go for
integrating Dansguardian into DL and the problems with licensing should
now be solved.

So please integrate Dansguardian ASAP into both the 1.2 and 1.3 versions
of DL.

Yes you may download and use it under the GPL.  The GPL allows you to
integrate it into whatever you want including devil-linux provided the GPL
is adheared to.
