Hello,

some time ago I asked for S-ATA support.
IMHO this problem can be solved by using a 2.6 kernel.

We are running more and more into the problem of having no IDE drives
but S-ATA drives, so we either have to workaround or use different
solutions.

So is there a foreseeable estimate for the 2.6 kernel (or a support for
S-ATA drives)?
