Hello,

	Is it to late to update Mail::DKIM which is part of site-perl in DL 1.2.13?

There have been significant and useful changes between the DKIM version 0.19 
which is on 1.2.11 and the latest, not yet on CPAN, version 0.23 
(http://jason.long.name/dkimproxy/Mail-DKIM-0.23.tar.gz).
