Hello,

i would also use the newser Heartbeat, so if there already any hints on =
using it, I would also like to hear about it.

Actually I'm using a custom build from DL 1.2.10 with downgraded =
Heartbeat to 1.x release.

The problems I had to fight with:
heartbeat 2.x uses scripts that where not functioning in further =
releases (fixed in the meantime I think)

Next I had problems with "replay attacks" after restarting one node. I =
fixed that by fist setting heartbeat to use timestamps (hbgenmethod =
time)
And next I changed the order of the init-scripts, that heartbeat starts =
AFTER the server had startet ntp (# Required-Start: $network $time =
$syslog xntpd)

But now I would take a look at using heartbeat 2.x, so if there already =
some "case studies" out there, please let us know.

I like to use heartbeat for high availability in the future. In the =

Does anyone of you use heardbeat successfully with the latest DL =
version?
