In fact my DL box has been running from a hard-drive for 2 years now... I used the install-on-usb script to install it. Make sure you create 2nd parition (a few MB is enough) to hold the configuration file though. However, modifing it is not easy, as it is installed on the HD as an "ISO" image file. You can add programs by making a "/opt" lv on the "devil-linux" vg, and putting it there. Tim |
