This email is to inform you about the release of version '1.3.0' of 'Linux-VServer' through freshmeat.net. All URLs and other useful information can be found at http://freshmeat.net/projects/vserver/ The changes in this release are as follows: The core vx_info structure was replaced, and (de)allocation/get/put methods where adapted. A compatibility layer was added to emulate existing behavior. Context IDs now use xid_t, and all context 0/1 checks were replaced. A new procfs representation has been introduced, and the uptime fake is back for testing. Project description: Linux-VServer allows you to create virtual private servers and security contexts which operate like a normal Linux server, but allow many independent servers to be run simultaneously in one box at full speed. All services, such as ssh, mail, Web, and databases, can be started on such a VPS, without modification, just like on any real server. Each virtual server has its own user account database and root password and doesn't interfere with other virtual servers.
