Numeros COSS fixes and improvements were done. WCCP2 hash based assignment and weighted assignments are supported. Many small fixes were made to better detect invalid configurations. An FTP related memory leak was fixed. SNMP mib updates were done for some minor missing details. Those harmless ETag loop warnings have been silenced. Squid no longer crashes on certain malformed HTTP responses. A number of other minor and cosmetic bugfixes were made.
