Which is the VPN L2TP/IPSEC PSK Server in devil linux ? I need that people in my company could enter in Intranet via
Smartphone to access to  a web app.

as far as i know, there are 2 servers providing ipsec - strongswan and 
ipsec-tools (racoon)

For l2tp you can use openl2tp server.
