Hi,

	The changelog used to be on the website but I can't find it anymore. 
Where is it these days?

Also the  "TU Wien HTTP" link didn't seem to point to the right place 
when I tried.

I don't recall ever having it on the website, since this would require a
manual update.
You'll need to go to our Sourceforge website and browse the CVS repository.
In the root of 'build' you'll find the file "CHANGES".

Yeah it seems they're having some issues right now. I hope they'll resolve
it soon.
