[Devil-Linux-discuss] PHREL?

I read this article today and thought the 'PHREL' package might be a
good addition to DL.  Does anyone have any experience with PHREL?

Sorry, no experience, but this looks very good.  Especially the part of 
protecting sshd from Bruce (sp:-) force logins should interest almost 
everybody.

I know there have been discussion on this list earlier on how to do this 
protection with some Perl, or something.  This would be a C solution. 
The more generic nature of this special purpose traffic shaper appeals 
to me.
