thank you. i did it yesterday too. the problem persist. Really when initrd 
goes i read :
Loading module <module name>
modprobe: module <module name> not found.

where can i declare the complete path ?

You don't need the complete path, just the name of the module.

What does your INITRD_MODULES line in /etc/sysconfig/config look like?
(copy/paste it in an email please)

What version of Devil-Linux are you running?

megaraid should be available in the initrd, but the others aren't.

Try adding modprobes lines in:  /etc/init.d/boot.local
(see examples in the file)
