If a new package is added to the build, will it get compiled with the gcc stack protector by default? Or does it need to get added to the make file or some script? Also, does grsecurity need anything done to protect the new package? Thanks- Tim |

When you run into compile problems, first disable ET_DYN (the command for this is disable_et_dyn) and next would be to disable SSP (which is a bit more tricky and depends on the package). -- Regards Heiko Zuerker http://www.devil-linux.org |
