Hi Heiko!

Could you add a mail transport agent (MTA) like postfix to DL?

How fast would you need it?

On 8.2.2002 I'm back from holiday an would like to start with harddisk
support and I need at least an mta to get SMTP mails through, without
the need to configure the mailserver behind the firewall to deny
relaying and the like. I'd need an mta and harddisk support right away
but I have other stuff to do right now and I'm no magician.

PS: The lvm utilities would be nice too, but I think for the first
urgent release I'm satisfied with normal harddisk support.

Hello,

I've just added
http://luxik.cdi.cz/~devik/qos/htb/v2/htb2_2.4.17.diff
http://luxik.cdi.cz/~devik/qos/htb/v2/htb2_tc.diff
which are two HTB-patches to our ftp-server.

HTB can be found here:

Bye...

Hi,

about the patches.
I just had to add some patches to different packages.

My suggestion:
- compress the patches with gzip
- leave the patch in build/src
- apply the patch with to command zcat
    $DL_DIR/src/somepatch.gz | patch -N

This should work fine, without creating hundrets of tar-balls.

I'll try, but don't promise anything.

Unfortunately, me neither. :-(
