[Devil-linux-develop] adding rng-tools in 1.3

Hello,

I was very interested to discover devil-linux 1.3 and its 2.6 kernel
support.

I want to use it with a VIA mini-itx board but noticed the rng-tools
package to feed entropy to the kernel random pool was missing so I
created the needed scripts to add it.

I used the rng-tools source package from Debian unstable.

What is the preferred way to make it available for inclusion if you
agree with it ?

Here it is.

I also added 

CONFIG_RNGTOOLS=y

To my .config.

The source I used is the file rng-tools_2-unofficial-mt.10.orig.tar.gz
from Debian.
