Help me out...please.

A few questions:

1-
If you do a 'make build' w/o distcc and later you decided to enable
distcc compilation, it does NOT make use of distcc.

I don't want to do an mrproper and have to decompress all the files
again.  What file, switch, setting do I change to enable distcc
compilation "after" a first run of 'make build'?

2-
You mentioned using an input file to answer questions if a Makefile
prompts for answers during the build phase.  Can you give me an example
of such app/input file?

3-
what/how do I use the install-on-usb script.
I made the DUMB mistake of copying it from scripts/scripts to /build and
ran it.  It deleted my entire tmp folder.  I was so pissed.
Oh well.  Just tell me how to use it correctly.
