This tip may save new developers some time, and maybe should go in
the development instructions on the web site.

I noticed "make iso" was failing, and finally tracked it down to the
fact that the host OS (Redhat in my case) cannot have any loopback
filesystems mounted while running the "make iso" command.  FWIW. :-)
