Booting with the standard (empty) configuration now works without any error messages.
Initial support for upgrading old config (only 1.4 and newer) added.
Much cleaner directory structure due to mount --bind and AUFS. All writable directory are now under /var

Make sure mkisofs doesn't create the RR_MOVED directory, since we don't
care anyway if we're compatible with MS-DOS...
